Mialma x Okapia /2022

Mialma is committed to giving a second life to her Mia sandals that, due to minimal imperfections, cannot be marketed.

So he decided, together with Okapia Onlus, a nonprofit association that works in Rwanda and Congo, to build an ad hoc project and donate fifty pairs of sandals to take to Rwanda.

The first sandals are thus donated to 8 women working at the Okapia Onlus atelier named Chantal, Rosette, Christine, Sifora, Ingabire, Solange, Beata and Eugenie.

The goal of the "Follow your rainbow" project is both to facilitate, with our comfortable soles, their commute to work (which in some cases is as far as 4 hours from their homes) is to reward and make special their commitment to the workplace.

"Follow your rainbow" for us means to achieve your dreams and goals step by step. Therefore, there could not have been a better sentence to tell you about this project.
